Is mou sizing true to size or would you recommend that I order one size smaller?
Our sizing is quite accurate, but if you are in between sizes we recommend you select the smaller size.

Are mou boots waterproof?
Mou boots are water resistant and fine to wear in light snow and light rain showers, but they are not waterproof. Please try to
avoid walking through puddles and dust off snow, rather than leaving it to melt.
If you decide to spray your boots before use, please use a recommended brand of suede protection spray and shake well before use.
How can I care for the materials in my mou products?
Calfskin, Antelope, Goatskin:
Using a bristle comb (or horsebrush), brush along the nap. For heavy soiling use mild shampoo sparingly with warm
water and a damp sponge. Wipe down, rinse and repeat with clean water. Towel dry and air-dry naturally.
Wool:
Using a damp sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly. Repeat damp sponge with cold clean water and dry naturally.
Suede/ Doubleface sheepskin:
You may like to spray double-face sheepskin boots before first wear by spraying with a silicon suede protector - please shake
well before use. Maintain by brushing with a clean soft brush.
Possum Fur:
Hand or delicate machine wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, followed by cold rinse. Gently squeeze out excess water,
and stretch flat to dry.

I bought my boots from a mou stockist, can I return them to the mou-online store to get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items not purchased from the online store. Please
retain your receipt and contact the store where you purchased your mou item.
I've received my boots and they don't fit - what do I do now?

Will I have to pay tax when my order is delivered?
Our prices are all in pounds sterling and include the current EU Sales Tax (VAT) of 17.5%.
If you are logged in and have indicated a delivery address outside the EU, prices will be displayed minus UK VAT.
Import duty and local sales taxes may be payable on orders delivered outside the European Union. These charges vary from
country to country and are set by the local government. To find out more about these possible charges, please contact
your local customs and excise office.
What are the delivery charges and time if I order from your website?
Within the United Kingdom:
All deliveries to the UK are a flat rate of £6.50
(The UK zone includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight).
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. A signature may be required on delivery. If you have neither received your
purchase within 4 days nor received a 'delivery attempted' notice through the letterbox, please contact us.
If you decide to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched you will be charged a second delivery fee.
International deliveries:
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, please allow approximately 3-7 working days. Please note that
local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt of the goods. Our charges for international shipping are calculated
based on the per item weight of the product and the zone for delivery. As a rough guide, charges in GBP will be as follows:
