Returns and reimbursement 

 

How much time do I have to return the merchandise? 
You can return the merchandise within 30 working days from the delivery of the package to your home.
However, to ease your Christmas shopping, for all orders placed between 14 November and 31 December 2022 included, you may request a return or exchange until 31 January 2023.

If you placed your order as a registered user, simply log into your account and click on Returns and Refunds to initiate the return procedure.
If you placed your order without registering, enter your order number and email in the Orders and Returns section and then click on 'Request Return' to complete our RMA form.

May I change a purchased article? 
If you are dissatisfied with a purchased article, you can activate the return procedure, as explained in the return information. It's only possible to replace the article with the same one of different size. 

If I throw the tags away can I return anyway? 
The presence of intact tags is essential for the acceptance of your return. Therefore, we recommend that you do not throw them away or detach them from the article, leaving the seal intact. 

Is the return always free of charge? 
No, it isn't. 
The transport cost is chargeable to the subject who returns the article. For the return and reimbursement procedures, consult the Return Information page. 

What are the reimbursement times and procedures? 
From the day in which we receive the return care of our warehouses and carry out the quality check on the article, we proceed with activating the reimbursement practice. Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. We inform you that it could take until 14 days to complete the procedure.
Reimbursement times through the credit card’s issuer are quick but it does not depend on us. In order to have information on the reimbursement practice that has already been commenced, you can contact us

Return information

If you are not happy with your goods you may return them.
Please apply within 30 days of purchase for a return or refund.
Items will be refunded providing that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered with the original packaging intact and all tags attached.
If you are returning all or part of your purchase you will need to log in to the mou website, go to my account , click on ‘my orders’ and click on the return link, then follow the instructions to submit your return request and generate an RMA number to include in the package.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of goods to allow for inspection.
Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. We will contact you in the event that we decide to reject your return request.

Please take due care to ensure the items are returned in good condition and not damaged or lost in transit.
We are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty, has been mis-described or your order delivered is incorrect.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
